While creating the concept «Gastronaut» were totally inspired by the Cote d’Azur beautiful - white, bright, cozy & relaxing restaurants and found DelMare to be the first
and the right place in Batumi to develop and bring such a concept to life.
DelMare also have two terraces with panoramic views of the sea and the city, providing guests with a breathtaking backdrop as they dine. The terraces are the perfect spot for enjoying a delicious meal while taking in the stunning scenery.

Gastronaut creative team has developed the new restaurant concept in the «White Sails» complex, The Grandeur hotel 5*.
The 15th floor panoramic viewpoint space overooking the picturesque New Boulevard and the Black Sea coast became the main inspiration for the concept.

“It was totally clear, when we first entered the empty space - what this restaurant should be about: coastal cuisine, all time favorite dishes (the best of Georgian gastronomy perfectly synerged with European and International gastronomy masterpieces), while on vacation, lots of fish dishes and fresh catch positions from the Black Sea, wide selection of refreshing white wines, Prosecco’s and exceptional mixology - mix of classy & concept inspired cocktails.
